Ok, so when we talk about cleansing, we’re not talking about clearing out our GI tracts with nasty tasting, chalky drinks you might down before a colonoscopy. And this cleansing isn’t mystical or new age or something health nuts do. (Though admittedly, we are NUTS about health…yours, ours, EVERYONES!).
