My fiancé and I are doing our first Green Cleanse but because of when we got to the store, we had to substitute “Supreme Green” for the first day’s “Green Glow.” This is our first cleanse ever and I’m a little put off by the taste of this one, but its nutritional value can’t be ignored. It tastes like a cold, wet salad with a little bit of a twang. However, again, this is our first juice cleanse ever (and the first drink of the day was INCREDIBLE). I imagine this juice would be GREAT for those with more juice and cleansing experience. I don’t LOVE it (because of taste), but am impressed with 2 pounds of greens in just one bottle.

This one is very vegetable flavored. I give it a 1 for taste, but a 5 for healthy haha. If you are used to veggie smoothies this one is probably okay, otherwise I still suggest you get it just for the nutritional value.
